Is depression, anger, anxiety, or isolation becoming an issue in your home?
Welcome! I am a therapist who specializes in mood and attachment issues.
Education and Training. I received my Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Texas in 2010, and through my involvement in AmeriCorps, practiced play therapy with elementary and preschool-aged children. I received my Masters in Social Work, with a focus in Mental Health, from the University of Washington in 2011. There, I provided individual and group services to adults with severe and chronic mental health issues.
Clinical Experience. Since then, I have worked with youth and adults in a variety of settings, including an inpatient facility, a community mental health clinic, a transitional housing facility for mothers and children, in various public schools in Seattle, and in private residences. I am certified in Promoting First Relationships (an attachment-based therapy model that helps youth and parents develop healthier relationships).
